Hello Product People !

We are happy to invite you to the second event in 2023 during which you will hear two intresting talks followed by networking part.

Our first guest will be Jędrzej Kozak who will talk about Building B2B products - case study & more from a real business case

What challenges one may encounter when building B2B products? How do they differ from standard B2C products which we know from everyday life? Should one use the same methods when designing, prototyping and developing a B2B application? How to avoid getting bogged down in scope creep and other unwanted situations? These and many other questions will be put on the spot during this presentation based on a brand fresh real business case.

Product Manager at Codete. Started his IT career more than 10 years ago and since then he worked as a tester, developer, account manager, business analyst and project manager. He likes to build bridges between two worlds – tech and business.

Our second guest will be Sylwester Winiarski who will try to answer following question: Is creativity the only factor needed for success in working with innovations?

Making ideas a reality = (idea) + organization and implementation + social forces + leadership skills

This equation from Scott Belsky's book "Making Ideas Happen" says a lot about how we should approach the topic of building an environment that supports the implementation of innovation.

During the presentation, we will discuss each of these elements and show examples which allow us to understand the true nature of innovations.

As a Head of Innovation Lab I design processes related to implementation of innovations at InPost. I build business models based on external technology as well as ideas coming from our employees. I also support the Training and Development Team in the development of skills that are necessary to work in a creative environment.

As a Product Manager with a lot of experience, I use my knowledge to effectively process ideas at each stage of its life in the loop: Create-Validate-Build-Scale.

Adhering to the 'lifelong learning' philosophy, I learn every day by building a database of 'dots' that help me work on topics that I have never dealt with.
