I work as a Software Developer / Scrum Master at Ryanair Wro Labs since the very beginning. I specialise in front end development and building high performance scrum teams. Big fan of climbing, photography and in my spare time I also play in .band24.
Abstract:
Teams always struggle with business decisions which often try to reinvent the wheel. All improvements and ideas introduced to managers by developers are often blocked not because they are afraid of them but because of non-effective discussions. Do you know how to break the ongoing “safe” discussions and rock the boat a little? We will tell you how to build trust between team and POs so developers can enhance their creativity at work.
