Job Description
Our scrum team in Kraków is responsible for delivering and maintaining applications within Merchandising Manager application suite. That includes products which are used in shopping, booking and fulfillment of bags, seats and other ancillaries for Travel Solutions customers. We deliver front and back-end solutions (services).
Responsibilities:
• Develops, codes, tests and debugs using established interfaces and scripting languages to solve complex business problems and develop complex software solutions
• Has good understanding of business application
• Works with Client/Architects/Product/Operations Teams to discuss product or system changes
• Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• May assist in development of software technical documentation
• Designs and codes moderately complex applications using routine and/or advanced technology
• Creates optimizations, strives for reducing tech debt and drives tech modernization
• Designs and builds prototype applications, or machine learning models
Job Requirements
• Good Java programming skills with JAVA 11, Spring Boot, GIT experience
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform Technologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
• Understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL)
• Strong communication skills in English and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Being proactive and committed to getting things done
• Experience: 4+ YEARS
• Demonstrates the desire and ability to continuously develop skills and grow knowledge through active learning and engaging in new experiences.
• Participates in team activities and contributes ideas.
• Experience with Maven, Linux, Hibernate/JDBC, GCP, Jenkins
• Hands on frontend experience: JavaScript, React, REST services, CSS
