Team description
Profiles team is focused on developing variety of services running on open systems (Linux) providing solutions to maintain customer profile information for airlines and travel agencies around the globe. We provide Profile Management system that stores and manages travelers profiles and interfaces with a variety of front ends and point of sale applications, supporting both Air and Agency customers. Our system offers Sabre customers a structured format to efficiently manage customer profile content including contact, payment, and loyalty program information.
Team believes in Definition of Done including full automation of functional tests, unit test coverage and code review. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take a role of Team Lead Site Reliability Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support CI-CD solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, and assist in problem solving related to CI environment
- Reduce toil by automating tasks where possible
- Maintain adequate operational documentation
- Work with others to ensure the operational health, reliability, and security of the supported applications
- Continuous improvements for system stability and performance
- Develop and maintain operational tools for performance monitoring, error tracking as well as automated alerting
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux platform
- Experience in building CI-CD pipelines
- Highly proficient in Git
- SQL basic knowledge
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting techniques
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud technologies (GCP)
- Familiarity with tools: Jenkins, Terraform, Packer, Docker, Ansible
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Java applications
- Knowledge of Python and/or Java
